Changes and Cancellations
We require that a written cancellation request be sent to our office before any refund can be processed. Written cancellation request must be received in our office in order for cancellation to be valid. Failure to show for your trips will result in no refund being issued. We recommend that you always purchase travel insurance to cover all aspects of your trips.

Cancellation Policy,
In the event of your need to cancel your trip, we have initiated a very liberal refund policy that protects both you and the lodge should this become a necessity prior to your arrival. When figuring the per person fee, the is the lesser of following is the guiding principle used:

More than 120 days prior to departure - 100% of total is refunded.
120 to 91 days we will refund 80% of total or you may choose to rebook the same trip for the following year without penalty.
90 to 36 days - 50% of total.
Within 35 days – no refund is offered unless we can rebook the total trip. In that event we will refund the portion recaptured when booking through our cancellation specials program.
Refunds
Requests for refunds should be directed in writing to us via email followed by a written request. We cannot begin the rebooking process without one or the other. No refunds will be made on individual options voluntarily omitted by participant. No refunds for unused services will be issued.

Disclaimer of Liability
Alaska Fishing and Lodging respectfully reserves the right to make changes and alterations as may be found necessary but we will consult with the clients before or at the time of the necessary changes. We spare no effort to assure your safe and enjoyable Alaskan vacation; however, we must acknowledge that many of the activities involved with this type of adventure do not come entirely without risk. For this reason, Alaska Fishing and Lodging informs you that we cannot assume responsibility for injury to participants or personal belongings or for time or expense incurred.

On advancement of deposit to Alaska Fishing and Lodging, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms and conditions whether booking through an agency or directly with our office.
